For Jim Millhouse of North Haven, Connecticut, fitness is a way of life.
A former youth and high school athlete with a military background and a Masters Fitness Award, Jim has dedicated over 40 years to personal health and physical performance.
A year ago, Jim decided to raise the bar and set his sights on a major goal: competing in the NPC Men’s Physique division.

“My goal is to continue to train and compete in the NPC. More importantly, try to be in the best shape possible for a man over 50 years old. Not just for me, but for my wife, my children, and my grandson. Healthy is happy!”
