For Marc Boucher, owner of MOEfit Strength & Fitness in Titusville, Florida, fitness is a business, but it’s about more than that.

It’s also a life-changing mission.

After spending nearly a decade in the corporate world, Marc found himself out of shape, unhappy, and looking for a way forward. He turned to training to rebuild his health and support his recovery from addiction.

That personal transformation lit a fire in him to help others, so he opened MOEfit in 2016 to guide everyday people through sustainable strength training and nutrition.

Today, Marc is building a unique community at MOEfit by focusing on two distinct programs: developing a competitive weightlifting team and helping adults ages 50 and older build functional strength for healthy aging.

“I’m helping adults fifty-plus build functional strength for aging well, and developing a competitive weightlifting team. That balance keeps the gym grounded and inspiring.”

To support such a diverse group of members—ranging from competitive athletes to older adults—Marc needed reliable, versatile, and safe equipment. That search led him to the Body-Solid EXM2500 Multi-Station Gym.

“I bought it because I needed cable work and a lat pull-down for an older clientele,” Marc explains.

“The EXM2500 lets me train upper body hard without always needing a spotter, and it gives older clients stable, approachable options like lat pull-downs and rows. Even my eighty-five-year-old client uses it.”

The EXM2500 provides a guided, stable environment that lowers the barrier to entry for beginners and older lifters while still delivering heavy-duty resistance for serious training.

Marc trains his clients for longevity, but he practices what he preaches, applying those same principles to his own routine.

“As I move through my 50s and look ahead to my 60s and 70s, I want to stay strong, healthy, and keep a physique my wife is proud to point out. I’m using my knowledge of training and nutrition to make that happen, and the EXM2500 fits that mission.”

As MOEfit expands its 50+ strength programs, the EXM2500 remains a central anchor of the facility’s floor plan—and a staple for any future expansion.
